It has been an honor getting to work with such a talented engineer like Cola. He has an insatiable curiosity to learn about our users, and he is constantly driven to push our product forward. He’s an inquisitive, methodical, and well-spoken engineer with impeccable character. He pushes me to question the status quo and push boundaries. He’s always thinking of the next big thing, and this is because of his deep involvement in product. Cola never runs out of ideas and constantly offers logic-backed solutions. His strong intuition and passion are so inspiring. I am incredibly lucky to have him on our team. Did I also mention that he’s always open to more work and going the extra mile to ship product? For the budget modifications release, he worked on this project on his own time so that we could ship this to our customers. This was the most highly-requested feature on the Budget tool, and I can’t thank Cola enough for investing his fervent energy and time to improve the lives of our users. He helped create this feature despite the constant pushback and worry about time. If Cola sets his mind to something, he will accomplish it swiftly and execute with precision. In addition, his background in Customer Support makes him an exceptional team player - always thinking about the users while also thinking about the business.
